I live for lightbulb-bursting revelations, but I know epiphanies don't happen by themselves. Smart solutions require teamwork, empathy, and evidence-based thinking — not to mention ink-stained fingers and piles of Post-Its.
I'm currently the Head of Design & Research at FutureFuel.io, a FinTech startup dedicated to crushing student debt. I have an M.S. in Information Experience Design from the Pratt Institute. I've been a copywriter, an email marketer, and a community manager in a past life. I received my dual B.A. in Journalism and Urban Design from NYU.
